    If you are between two sizes, we recommend you take a larger size.

  2. What materials are used to make the underwear?

    We use a blend of polyester and elastane. By using recycled materials we are helping to conserve the earth's natural resources.

  3. How should I care for my underwear?

    We recommend a gentle wash. Do not tumble dry.

  4. How long does delivery take?

    Delivery times vary depending on your location. Our delivery times are 2 to 3 working days within Germany and 3 to 5 working days to the rest of Europe. We will do our best to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.

  5. What is your return policy?

    We accept returns within a certain timeframe as long as the item is in its original condition. Please see our returns policy for more information.

  6. Can I exchange my underwear if it doesn't fit?

    Yes, we do offer exchanges for sizing issues. Please see our exchange policy for more information.

  7. What do I do if the underwear I want is not in stock?
